Tom dug into the issue and diligently worked with the manufacturer of the product to truly understand the current product and how it was (or in this case, was not) meeting our needs. He went to bat for us on partnering with the manufacturer and ended up replacing the entire staircase free of cost due to a warranty issue the stair nosing posed. I very much appreciated Tom and his team’s efforts! They got the job done very quickly and did a fantastic job in installing all of the new nosings. It’s like a brand new staircase! The floors look great. I am sending you before and after pictures of the exam room and the bathroom that were a demo. 3 before images and 1 after for each floor. I have requested he give us an estimate for another 5 rooms and another bathroom. I was thinking we could space out work over the next 4 months. They are okay with this as long as we have them do a full nights project. The polyurethane coat should last up to 2 years, instead of waxing every 4-6 months…”
