How do you define customer service?
- In this industry, I define customer service as being able to listen to a customer and extrapolate pertinent information and specific wants to create a smart vision for the customer. All the while maintaining deadlines, communication and following through to the end of the project and beyond – if I don’t create a meaningful relationship, or at least end up useful for future projects, then I didn’t do enough.
What is your favorite pastime?
- Experiencing my wife’s interpretation of her Brazilian culture’s recipes – eating food…my pastime is eating a ridiculous amount of her food.
When you have 30 mins of free time, how do you pass the time?
- I love to read (usually while eating).
